U.S. Navy Set to Attack Whales Around Hawaii Throughout July

The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) has requested that the Federal Court in Los Angeles issue a temporary restraining order unless the U.S. Navy takes "effective measures" (yeah right) to protect marine life when it employees high-intensity mid-frequency active sonar to hunt subs (read all marine life) during its drills. 

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration granted the Navy a permit to do whatever it damn well pleases to fuck folks (using some alien language, of course).

So, since the DOD is above the law and whales---as every moron knows---are animals, let's face the fact the this is a government of cowards and that's precisely why they need weapons of mass destruction.  I'm going after them...you can stay here if you want.
